Robert Lokuta, Real estate agent with the TheCTHome Finder.com at the Higgins Group and the VanderBlue team.

Robert has been a resident of Stamford, CT for 35 years while working in New York City as a financial advisor and Controller for twenty years. He has also worked as a Controller in Stamford and Darien for approximately 15 years. He has recently purchased a home in the Black Rock area of Bridgeport CT so that he can be closer to his daughter and in a more central location of Fairfield County.

Robert received a Bachelors degree from Iona College with a background in business and music appreciation. Playing the piano at Carnegie Hall was a highlight during his younger years. Listening and hearing are analogical skills. Robert applies these skills to customers who spend their time searching for their dream home in a digital world. Paying close attention to the needs of buyers and sellers allows Robert to advise and create opportunities that aren’t always there.

Robert feels his savvy business and creative mind helps him strengthen his focus on making people realize that a dream of ownership continues as a goal for those who achieve and strive to live life to it’s fullest.
