First let me tell you about Amston Lake. You have never been there because its private! Check out Google reviews and you will see how much the residents love their lake (ok, so there was one 1 star review from someone who hated it was private). There are seven right of ways on the lake and 2 beaches including the famous Lollipop beach. 2 dock areas in which a slip can be had through an annual lottery, but don't worry, there are boat racks for your canoes and kayaks available. This is a quiet extremely clean lake where only trolling motors up to 5 hp are allowed. Fishing? Of course-Largemouth bass, chain pickerel, black crappies and a host of pan fish-but remember, you can only fish here if you own property here. Events? Yup-there is Tiki night, Chocolate Bingo, July 4th parade, movie nights, Oktoberfest and much more! Not ready to build? Buy the property and build later. This is one of the largest lots in the association and is grandfathered in for zoning with city water and sewer available. You can still enjoy the private association while waiting to build. If you are ready to build we are working on a building package. Perc tests are still required even with sewers, but they are done. Enjoy the private lake life!
